Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a purchase. By completing a transaction on KeysOnSale, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below.

1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the legal relationship between KeysOnSale ("we", "us", "our", "the Company") and any individual or entity ("Customer", "you", "your") who accesses, browses, or makes a purchase through the KeysOnSale website and associated services.
By accessing our website or completing any purchase, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services or place any orders.
KeysOnSale reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Who we are: KeysOnSale is a digital goods online store specializing in the sale of software activation keys, subscription links, and digital account access credentials. We operate as a direct seller of legitimately sourced digital products. Company NIP: 8393242370.
2. Products & Services
KeysOnSale offers the following types of digital products:
- Activation Keys � unique alphanumeric codes that unlock or register software on a device (e.g. Windows 11 Home lifetime license keys).
- Activation Links � unique URLs that upgrade an existing user account to a premium subscription tier (e.g. YouTube Premium, Netflix, Spotify).
- Pre-Activated Accounts � freshly created accounts delivered with login credentials, pre-loaded with an active subscription.
- Subscription Upgrades � product-specific access extensions applied to an existing account for a defined period.
All products listed on our website are described to the best of our ability. Product descriptions, subscription durations, and included features are provided for informational purposes. Minor differences may exist depending on the region or platform policies of the respective service provider.
KeysOnSale does not represent, warrant, or guarantee any affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from Google, YouTube, Netflix, Spotify, Microsoft, or any other third-party brand whose products appear on this website.
3. Ordering & Payment
All prices displayed on the website are in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of any applicable fees unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, any confirmed order will be charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
We accept the following payment methods:

All payment transactions are processed by secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment provider (Revolut). KeysOnSale does not store, process, or have access to your full credit card or banking information at any time.
An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email has been dispatched to the email address provided at checkout. It is the Customer's responsibility to provide a valid, accessible email address.
Important: By completing payment, you confirm that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used, or that you have received explicit permission from the authorized holder. Any fraudulent use of payment methods will be reported to the relevant authorities.
4. Delivery of Digital Goods
All products sold by KeysOnSale are digital in nature and are delivered electronically via email to the address provided at checkout. No physical goods will be shipped.
Delivery timeframes vary by product:
- Fast delivery � Some products (e.g. activation keys) are dispatched automatically within minutes of successful payment confirmation.
- Manual processing � Some products (e.g. account-based subscription upgrades) may require manual preparation and can take between 1�24 hours.
- Estimated delivery time for each product is stated clearly on the product listing page.
KeysOnSale is not responsible for delivery failures caused by:
- An incorrect email address provided by the Customer at checkout.
- Emails being filtered into the Customer's spam or junk folder.
- Temporary disruptions to the Customer's email service provider.
If you have not received your delivery within the stated timeframe, please contact us at support@keysonsale.com before assuming non-delivery. We will investigate and re-send credentials as appropriate.
5. Refund & Return Policy
Due to the digital and instantly consumable nature of our products, returns are not accepted for working products. All sales are final once an order has been placed and delivered.
No refunds for working products: Once the order has been delivered, no refund or return is available unless the product is confirmed defective. Change of mind, wrong purchase, or incompatibility not caused by a faulty product are not grounds for a refund.
The following situations are explicitly excluded from refund eligibility:
- The Customer changed their mind after the order was placed or the product was delivered.
- The Customer purchased the wrong product or plan and the product works as described.
- The Customer's account was suspended or banned by the third-party platform (e.g. Google, Netflix, Spotify) due to violations of that platform's own terms of service.
- The Customer experienced compatibility issues unrelated to the key or account itself.
A refund or free replacement is available only when the delivered product is defective — meaning the code is invalid, non-functional, or not as described at the time of delivery. Contact support@keysonsale.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
6. Warranty & Replacements
KeysOnSale stands behind every product we sell. We offer the following warranty on all digital goods:
Product Warranty: If your delivered key, activation link, or account stops working within the stated subscription period � through no fault of your own � we will provide a free replacement without asking questions. Simply contact support with your order number and a description of the issue.
The warranty covers the following situations:
- A delivered key or code that is invalid or already used at the time of delivery.
- A subscription that ceases to function before its stated expiry date, caused by supplier-side revocation.
- Account credentials that are incorrect or inaccessible at the time of delivery.
- An activation link that has expired before the Customer had a reasonable opportunity to use it.
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Subscription termination caused by the Customer violating the policies of the third-party platform.
- Unauthorized changes to account credentials by the Customer or third parties.
- Products that functioned correctly upon delivery and for the stated period, but were then discontinued by the platform itself.
All warranty claims must be submitted to support@keysonsale.com We aim to resolve all warranty claims within 24 hours of receipt.
7. Prohibited Use
By purchasing from KeysOnSale, you agree that the products are intended for your personal, non-commercial use only. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing any delivered key, link, or account credentials to any third party.
- Sharing account login credentials with individuals outside of the intended household or user scope defined by the respective platform.
- Using purchased products in any manner that violates the terms of service of the respective platform (YouTube, Netflix, Spotify, Microsoft, etc.).
- Attempting to circumvent regional restrictions using VPNs or proxies in ways that violate platform policies.
- Using automation, bots, or scripts to make purchases on our platform.
- Reverse engineering, duplicating, or attempting to reproduce purchased credentials for unauthorized distribution.
Any Customer found to be in violation of these prohibitions will have their access revoked, pending orders cancelled without refund, and may be reported to relevant legal authorities where applicable.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the KeysOnSale website � including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, page layout, and source code � is the exclusive property of KeysOnSale or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any content on this website without prior written permission from KeysOnSale.
Third-party trademarks, brand names, and logos referenced on this website (including Google, YouTube, Netflix, Spotify, Microsoft, etc.) remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. Their appearance on our website does not imply any endorsement of or affiliation with KeysOnSale.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KeysOnSale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our products or services, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
- Disruption of service by the third-party platform (YouTube, Netflix, Spotify, Microsoft, etc.).
- Changes in platform policies that affect the functionality of purchased products.
- Any unauthorized access to your account by third parties through means outside our control.
In any case, KeysOnSale's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
KeysOnSale is committed to protecting your personal information. The data we collect during checkout (name, email address, transaction details) is used exclusively to:
- Process and fulfill your order.
- Send order confirmation and product delivery emails.
- Provide post-sale customer support.
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Payment data is handled entirely by our payment processor (Revolut) and is never stored on our servers.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, including disputes about the validity, breach, or termination thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within 30 days, either party may seek resolution through appropriate legal channels in accordance with applicable law.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.
